How do I get an account with PDC?
- Please click here to request an Account or call PDC at 800-549-7278 to speak to a representative.
I already have an account; how do I get a username and password?
- Please contact PDC using the Live Chat function, calling 800-549-7278, or emailing pdcsales@partsdistributing.com.
How do I pay my statement?
- You can pay your statement by logging into My Account and clicking Pay My Statement. This link will redirect you to the PDC statement site.
What is your return policy?

What’s your shipping policy?
- UPS orders weighing less than 100lbs. and over $400 dollars will ship prepaid
- LTL orders $1,800+ of non-freight restrictive items will ship prepaid. Freight restrictive items will only ship prepaid when included with LTL orders meeting prepaid threshold. For more details, please call PDC at 800-549-7278.
How do I track my shipping information for an existing order?
- You can track existing online orders by clicking on the Track Orders tab located in the top toolbar.
  Please note: only orders placed online will be visible in your account.
Where do I find my order history?
- You can find your online order history by logging into My Account and clicking My Online Orders.
Can I save an order or shopping cart to quickly re-order in the future?
- You can access all of your shopping carts by logging into My Account and clicking My Carts. Click on the Reorder button to place a previous order again.
Can I upload an order?
- Partsdistributing.com has provided an Upload Order feature for your convenience.
  Follow these steps to accurately upload your order:
- First, download one of the two templates provided by clicking either Blank Order Template or Suggested Parts Template.
- Next, complete the template with part number(s) and the quantity needed.
- Then, save the file as .CSV format.
  Please note: ONLY .csv files are supported in the Upload Order feature and information must be entered exactly as requested for the order to upload correctly.
- Once your file is saved, click the Upload Order button to launch the order pop-up window.
- Click Choose File, select file from your computer, then click Upload Order.
- After you have uploaded your .csv file, you may add additional parts to your order using the Add More button
- Lastly, click the Add to Cart button to send your order to your shopping cart.
How do I set up a Will Call or Will Call – Ship Reminder order?
1. Log into https://www.partsdistributing.com
2. From the header, click on Edit Fulfillment
3. In the Edit Fulfillment pop-up, click on Change To Will Call button
4. From the radio button options, select Will Call or Will Call – Ship Remainder and click Continue button to exit.
5. You can confirm the Fulfillment type has changed Will Call or Will Call – Ship Reminder in the header.
6. To change the Fulfillment type between Will Call or Will Call – Ship Reminder, repeat steps the from step 2.
Please Note: Fulfillment type must be set prior to submitting order and can be set from the Shopping Cart page, Order Review, and Payment Information pages.

How do I set up or change the Fulfillment type from Will Call or Will Call – Ship Reminder to/from Shipping?

From the header, click on Edit Fulfillment
From the Edit Fulfillment pop-up, click on Change To Shipping button or Change To Will Call button
In the Edit Fulfillment pop-up, click on “X” in top right corner to exit pop or click outside of the box or Continue button

Note: Fulfillment type must be set prior to submitting order and can be set from the Shopping Cart page, Order Review, and Payment Information pages.

Note: A Will Call order requires a 2-hour lead time for processing.

Why can I not see pricing?
- partsdistributing.com has enhanced customer location and user management capabilities which allow account administrators to set permissions for each additional username. This includes the ability:
  - See pricing
  - Place orders
  - Change ship-to locations
  - See order history and setting spend limits

Site Features

Term	Definition
Account	A term for your business account. An account lives in a hierarchy – “master accounts” can manage “branch accounts”.
Branch Account	A sub-account, generally, a branch location to a “master account”. Branch Accounts allow to have multiple users.
Chat	A site feature that allows you to send and receive instant messages to/from PDC Account Representatives.
Core	A Core charge is assigned to items to cover a recycling fee.
Duplicate Cart Row	If you want to have multiple rows in the cart for an identical item – you can click the “duplicate line item“ in the *cart*. You would use this feature in the case you would like to assign two different PO#s to the same part number at two different item quantities if also needed.
Free Shipping	Free shipping is earned in three cases: Order total for free FREIGHT on non-restrictive items is greater than US $1,800. Order total for PARCEL eligible shipping items is $400 or more and weighs less than 75 lbs. Order includes a backorder that originated from a prior order meeting free shipping terms. A meter is provided in the upper right of all pages on partsdistributing.com indicating where an order stands on earning freight prepaid terms.
Order Upload	You can upload an order using a csv template that contains part number(s) and quantity. A blank csv template can be downloaded from the Order Upload page. Note: only .csv format is supported, excel formats are not supported (.xls, .xlsx)
Quick Order	A feature which allows you to enter a part number and quantity to directly populate the cart without having to navigate to through the site to search for the part and then add to cart. If you know your part number(s), you may enter it into the Quick Order widget with quantity and Add to Cart.
